LONG BEACH, CA, May 14, 2014 — George Pontiakos, President and CEO of BI Nutraceuticals, will be participating in two panel discussions at the Nutrition Integrates 2014 conference being held June 5 at the Grange Tower Bridge, London, England.

The first, “Sustainability Expands Beyond Simple Carbon Footprint: Going Green, Ethical Sourcing and Protecting the Planet” will take place from 10:55 – 11:50 a.m. and will address protecting marine ecosystems from over-fishing, functional ingredients derived from byproducts and alternative sources and how to achieve environmental excellence throughout the supply chain. The second panel discussion, “Industry Convergence: Crossing the Food vs Pharma Divide” will be held from 3:30 – 4:25 p.m. and will highlight how patient power is driving prevention trends, keys to achieving GMP compliant manufacturing and the role of Big Pharma in consumer healthcare.
